Construction continues on a three-story apartment complex at Jackson Walk Phase III, located at Johnson Street and North Wells Alley.

The complex will offer two buildings – one- and two bedroom apartments – consisting of 42 units on 1.14 acres.

Construction also continues on a new 90-unit complex consisting of three buildings on Talbot Street and Vanden Street.

The 90 units on Talbot Street and Vanden Street, and the 42 units on Johnson Street and North Wells Alley are part of Jackson Walk Phase III.
