Roy Schmidt MD, Medical Director of New Life Medical Group will hold a public service meeting regarding alternatives to opioids at 5:30 p.m., Monday, July 16.
The meeting is open to the public, and will be held at 15 Stonebridge Blvd., in Jackson.
“The meeting focus will be non-narcotic and non-surgical treatment options for pain relief,” Dr. Schmidt said. “My goal is to educate patients on available medical options that will improve their quality of life.
“Our community is presently dealing with an opioid crisis.”
