According to Raising Cane’s corporate, the new Jackson location at 1035 Vann Drive has been delayed to early February 2026 due to construction and permitting issues. Originally slated for late December 2025, the 2,821-square-foot restaurant will still offer the chain’s chicken fingers and Cane’s sauce when it opens.
