The consideration for a final plat for ‘The Summit’- a 150-acre master-planned development located at the junction of the U.S. Highway 45 Bypass and North Highland Avenue in Jackson and Madison County, has been approved by the Jackson Planning Commission.

Submitted by Surveying Services, Inc., on behalf of ZEKO Properties, LLC, the location is comprised of 40 lots and one common area on approximately 8.29 acres in a Single Family Residential/Planned Unit Commercial Development.

A $170 million single-family home gated rental community, The Summit Jackson development is a residential rental community which constructed 260 homes during the first phase of development and 500 total when completed. There are several amenities included in the space such as walking trails, a dog park, pickleball courts, and 23 acres of green space.
