The Jackson Generals face the Birmingham Barons (Chicago White Sox) in the first Education Day of the season at the Ballpark at Jackson.

Students attending with their class receive free admission and an educational program before the 11:05 a.m., game.

Lunch packs with a hot dog, chips, a cookie and a drink will be available to purchase for $6.

The Generals (3-1) – the Double A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks – begin a five-game series at Mobile (Los Angeles Angels), Wednesday, before returning home to face Montgomery (Tampa Bay Rays), Monday, April 17.
