JACKSON, Tenn. –  Former Madison County Fire Chief R. Kelly Holmes, age 86 of Jackson, passed away this morning at Tennessee State Veterans Home in Humboldt. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the George A. Smith and Sons South Chapel.
