JACKSON Tenn - A woman charged with 2nd degree murder is back in custody after she failed to make a court appearance. Norma Barnett was added to Madison County’s most wanted list after authorities say she failed show up to court while free on bond on a second-degree murder charge. Barnett is charged in the January 2016 homicide of 62-year-old Melvin Henning. Police she stabbed and killed Henning while at his residence.
