Urshawn Miller appeared in Madison County Circuit Court. Miller is charged
with killing Ahmad Dhalai on Nov. 25 at the Bull Market on Hollywood Drive.
Ahmad Dhalai was working that night at the local convenience store.

Miller’s attorney told the judge he plans to meet with his client to
review evidence of the case.

Judge Don Allen set Miller’s next court date to August to give the
attorney time to prepare.

Miller is facing multiple charges including first-degree murder. His
next scheduled court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 22.
