Bryan Brooks, who has been an employee at West Tennessee Healthcare for over seven years, was named the organization’s employee of the month for January.
Bryan, who works as the office manager in the Crisis Stabilization Unit at Pathways, was presented the award by James Ross, president & CEO, West Tennessee Healthcare; Pam Henson, executive director, Pathways, and Paula Terry, director of nursing, Pathways, when the Board of Trustees held their monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.
Coworkers say Bryan is calm in a crisis, takes pride in his work, is patient and sincere.
He is able to communicate with patients and provides them with compassion and understanding.
He treats his coworkers with respect, has a positive attitude, and is loyal to Pathways. He goes above and beyond his duties and takes pride in his work and is enthusiastic about it.
