The Jackson Beer Board approved three special occasion and two business permits during their monthly meeting at Jackson City Hall, Tuesday.
Randy Hall was approved for a special occasion permit for an event known as the Jacob Barker Music Fest to sell, store, and serve Oct. 6-7 at the West Tennessee Fairgrounds.
Verushka Wilson was approved for a special occasion permit for an event known as the to sell, store, and serve at an event known as “Runway for a Cure,’ which will be held Oct. 19 at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.
Frank McMeen, president, Community Foundation of West Tennessee, was approved for a special occasion permit for an event known as The 32nd Annual Charity Gala, to sell, store, and serve beer at the Patron’s Party, Nov. 10 at 237 Wiley Parker Road, and the Nov. 11 Gala at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.
Robin Turner, representing Family Dollar Store – 1000 Whitehall Street and 1301 North Highland Avenue – was approved for a business permit for selling, storing, and distributing for consumption off the premises.
