Parade in downtown Jackson begins final day of Bicentennial activities

The Bicentennial Celebration Parade was held Saturday, August 13, to showcase Jackson-Madison County’s diverse and unique communities.
The parade began – and ended – at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, and incorporated East Chester Street, South Royal Street, East Baltimore Street, North Liberty Street, East Lafayette Street, North Church Street and East Main Street.
