A review application, approved by the Jackson Municipal Region Planning Commission, becomes the first step for construction of a new apartment complex at 1515 U.S. Highway 70 East.
The complex, named The Summit, would consist of 96 units and offer 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms, is scheduled to be constructed on approximately 4.62 acres.
