Dr. Carol Miller Swain, a retired professor of political science and law at Vanderbilt University, was the guest speaker at a Madison County Republican Women’s meeting at the Jackson Country Club, Thursday.
Introduced by Susan Davie – Grace Media Group – Swain is frequent television analyst, and is the author and editor of several books.
Her interests include race relations, immigration, representation, evangelical politics, and the United States Constitution.
