Details are limited, but the Jackson Police Department, Medical Center EMS and the Jackson Fire Department were called to the Old Hickory Mall after gun shots were reported.

A photograph submitted by Ricky Brown – Grace Media Group – revealed shattered glass above the door at the south entrance – Old Hickory Boulevard side.
