Huey and Arnold Acquisitions LLC sold the strip center to Chaohui Tang Li for $1,575,000.

Tenants at Madison Towne Centre are LD2 Consignment, elements Salon, First Metropolitan Financial, Sassy Grace Boutique, West Tennessee Vapors, Morgan Tax Service and Batteries Plus Bulbs.
