Stan Clampitt with Buchanan Realty Group has brokered a transaction at 1363 Union University Drive for $2,800,000.

According to a press release from Summer Paris – Paris Creative Agency – the Thomsen Farms building was sold by First Choice Property & Development, LLC to a group of local investors. The property is 14,760 sq. ft on a 2.16 acre lot.

Property at 29 Kenworth Blvd. – near Speedway and Pilot Travel Center – has sold for $1.5 million.

Express Food Mart & Deli is located at the property purchased by 29 Kenworth LLC from Ziyad Qaadan.
