In compliance with Governor Lee’s most recent COVID restrictions, Union University will be placing additional limitations on fan attendance at sporting events.
According to a press release from Steven Aldridge – Union University – Assistant Director of Athletics for Sports Communication – as of now, this will only involve home men’s and women’s basketball games.
NO new ticket sales, including faculty, staff, and student complimentary tickets, will be available. Only previously purchased season tickets and a limited family pass list for the teams will be allowed to attend games in Fred DeLay Gymnasium through at least January 19.
The university will make another announcement on fan attendance at the expiration or extension of Governor Lee’s restrictions.
All regular-season home games will be available online with video/audio at www.uuathletics.com/live free of charge. Links to road games audio/video will also be available at the same link but be advised that some GSC schools charged a pay-per-view fee to watch online. You can also listen to all Union home games locally on 93.1 FM with the voice of the Bulldogs, Gerry Neese.
