The Madison County Election Commission will meet at 11 a.m., Wednesday, December 30, to select applicants who will be interviewed for the position of Administrator of Elections to replace Kim Buckley, who is retiring.
Buckley has been Administrator of Elections for about 30 years.
The meeting will be held in the auditorium at the Madison County Agricultural Complex located at 311 North Parkway in Jackson.
The Madison County Election Commission will also meet at 1 p.m., Wednesday, January 6, in the auditorium at the Madison County Agricultural Complex located at 311 North Parkway in Jackson.
The purpose of this meeting is to interview the selected applicants from the December 30 meeting and to vote on hiring a new Administrator of Elections.
