A high-speed automobile chase ended on South Royal Street near Chandelier Restaurant, after members of the Jackson Police Department and Madison County Sheriff’s Department apprehended the driver.
South Royal Street is blocked from Fairgounds Park to Dr. Martin Luther King Drive – congestion is heavy in the area.
