Early voting results for Friday – 193 voters cast ballots in the third day of early voting in Madison County.

The Republican Primary accounted for 113 ballots, and 80 ballots were cast in the Democratic Primary.

The number totals 748 who have voted early in the Presidential Preference Primary – 415 voters have participated in the Republican Primary, while 333 voters have cast ballots in the Democratic Primary.

Early voting continues each weekday and on Saturdays through February 25. Weekday hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. – Saturdays, 9 a.m. until noon.

The exception is Monday, February 17, when the Election Commission closes in observance of President’s Day. The early voting location is the auditorium in the Madison County Agricultural Complex located at 311 North Parkway in Jackson.

Voters must present a photo ID issued by the State of Tennessee or the United States federal government.
