JACKSON Tenn (April 2, 2015) – Police are investigating the theft and use of a stolen truck.

According to authorities, around 2:40 a.m. on March 25, Jackson Police responded to the report of a motor vehicle accident near Morgan and Johnson streets.

Officers found an unoccupied black Ford Ranger pickup that had struck a pole. The owner of the vehicle was contacted, and officers discovered the truck had been stolen from the Maple Street area.

Video surveillance in that area captured the image of two subjects wearing dark clothing, taking the victim’s vehicle at about 11:44 p.m. March 24.

The first suspect is a black male wearing a black long sleeve shirt, black pants and black shoes. The second suspect is a black male wearing a white t-shirt, dark colored pants and dark colored shoes. Contact the Jackson Police Department at 731-425-8527
