Ryder Lewis, 13, a student at Jackson Christian, was killed in a a jet skiing accident on Tims Ford Lake in Moore County about noon, Thursday.

An eighth grader, Lewis was riding a tube that was being pulled by a jet ski. During the ride, the tube crashed into a dock.

Ryder Lewis is the son of Dr. Chris Lewis and Tracey Williams-Lewis of Jackson.
