It appears the majority of us will remain in the dark for a while longer as grading work continues on land located on Ridgecrest Road – between Campbell Street and Dr. F.E. Wright Drive.

Management with Stonewater Place Apartments, which is located next to the grading site, say they have no idea what is in store for the property.

Also, according to Jackson and Madison County officials, no plans have been submitted and no permits have been issued.
