MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis police have been searching for a teenager who told his parents he was going to visit a friend, but hasn’t been seen since.
Police issued a City Watch for 13-year-old Montez Anderson at about 1:30 a.m. CDT Monday.
Officers say Anderson was last seen at about noon on Sunday when he told his mother of plans to visit a friend. Anderson was expected home at about 8 p.m. CDT Sunday.
His mother called police after her son failed to come home.
Anderson is 5 ft. 11, weighs 130 lbs., has a Mohawk style haircut and was last seen wearing a blue hoodie with “West Virginia” in gold letters and black, white and gray striped pajama bottoms.
