According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson from January 1 to October 31 stood at 33, compared to 48 for the same period in 2016.
Total homes sold – 1,054 from January 1 to October 31, compared to 1,049 for the same period in 2016.
Sales for the month of October is 86 compared to 108 in 2016.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County, stands at 352.
The average sales price for 2017 is $152,071 compared to $134,901 in 2016.
