JACKSON, Tenn. (Sept. 25, 2017) — Urshawn Miller, the man charged with killing a clerk in November 2015 during a convenience store robbery appeared in court Monday for a hearing.

The court rescheduled Miller’s hearing for November.

Urshawn Miller faces multiple charges including first-degree murder.

If convicted, Miller could face the death penalty.
