Dakota Allen Vann, the suspect in the robbery of Five Points Country Store, Saturday, was arrested by U.S. Marshalls at 12:59 a.m., Tuesday, in Bethel Springs.

Madison County Sheriff John Mehr is thanking the Media, U.S. Marshalls and the public for their role in the capturing of Vann, age 20.

Vann became a suspect after video was released showing the armed robbery at the Five Points Country Store at 844 Ozier Road in Pinson.

Vann is in custody at the Madison County Criminal Justice Center.
