(October 9, 2013) Jackson, Tenn.- Mercer-Northerner LLC is working on a retail area at F.E. Wright Drive and Whitehall Drive. 

An update on the retail project was given at the Community Redevelopment Agency meeting on Wednesday.

A large-box retailer has a neighborhood design that the Master Developer of District 2 David Hunt said, “would be a good fit in the market.”

Hunt, who is also the President/CEO of Hunt Services Inc., said that if the large-box retailer commit to build that he would break ground on building a Bennigans Restaurant in the area.
