53 year old Alvin Wilson of Humboldt, pleaded guilty in Jackson City Court. Wilson admited to charges that he hit an autistic child.
The former teacher's assistant worked at Isaac Lane Elementary School
The investigation was joint effort including JPD and D.C.S. The victim was a Special Ed autistic child.
Investigatiors concluded Wilson slapped the 8-year old in the face
Wilson was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, attend an anger management program. wilson is prohibited from working in the Jackson-Madison County School System.
