The consideration of a request to rezone property at Westwood Gardens Drive and North Fairground Street – High Density District to High Density/Planned Residential Development District – has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.

While the entire project will consist of 20.26-acres, Madison Landing, The Midtown District – will be a walkable 14-acre community – and will offer 1, 2- or 3-bedroom apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, and retail shoppes.

The Homes at Madison Landing – 1,200- to 1,800-square-feet, with garages and the primary bedroom downstairs. A porch and small yard.

The Townhomes at Madison Landing – 3-bedroom rentals with the primary bedroom downstairs and a garage.

The Apartments at Madison Landing – 1-and 2-bedroom next to The Shoppes at Madison Landing.

The Shoppes at Madison Landing – Street-level shops and restaurants.
