3 special occasion, 3 business permits approved during monthly Beer Board meeting

The Jackson Beer Board approved six permits – three special occasion and three business – during their monthly meeting at Jackson City Hall, Tuesday.

 

Special occasion permits approved –

 

Beth Ann Simpson with Jackson Downtown Development Corporation for an event known as – First Friday Outdoor to sell, store, and serve beer August 7, and September 4, 2026.

 

Leigh Anne Bentley, for an event known as Leaders Education Foundation, which will be held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, September 17, 2026, to sell, store, and serve beer.

 

Jonathan Hunter Ross, for a Special Occasion known as Jackson TN Pride event held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, September 26, 2026, to sell, store, and serve beer.

 

Business permits approved – 

 

Karen Caldwell, for a business known as The Downtown Tavern, 208 North Liberty Street, to sell, store, and serve beer on the premises where sold.

 

New (Business) Management approval –

 

Andrew Martinez – Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., 188 Vann Drive

 

Christy Koon – Red Lobster Restaurant, 123 Stonebrook Place
