Construction work continues on Perkins Motor Plex on Vann Drive.

Gary A. Taylor Investment Co. is building a 3,000-square-foot office facility on 1.75 acres east of Gander Mountain.

The new dealership, which sells pre-owned vehicles, will be the fifth for Perkins Motor Plex.

Perkins has three dealerships in Kentucky – Mayfield, Murray and Paducah, and one in Tennessee – Madison, which is north of Nashville.

Perkins Auto Plex prides itself in ‘no haggle’ pricing, a non-commissioned sales staff, easy financing, 60-day warranty, large selection of vehicles, and any vehicle at any location can be purchased.

A date for completing the project has not been announced.
