Vicari Italian Grill will officially open its doors in Jackson, Tennessee next month inside the Hyatt Place Hotel, bringing its signature Italian cuisine to the Hub City. The new restaurant marks the second location for Vicari Italian Grill, which currently operates in Corinth, Mississippi.
