3 die in mobile home fire in Carroll County

HUNTINGDON, Tenn. (AP) — A Tennessee fire official says three people have died in a mobile home blaze.

Carroll County Fire Chief Terry Bradshaw told news outlets that crews were called to the residence Tuesday morning and found it fully engulfed. He said firefighters found three bodies after extinguishing the flames. He did not release the identities of those killed, saying officials were still notifying family members.

Bradshaw said one person left the home before the fire began and another person got out during the blaze after being woken up by a barking dog.

He said the cause of the fire is under investigation.
