The 2014 Downtown Jackson Mardis Gras Festivities begin bright and early Saturday morning with a Bakers Rack Breakfasts and Kids Parade.
That Saturday evening, the Mardis Gras Grand Marshall’s Party will be held at Charlie Bulldogs at 6PM.
The Downtown Tavern will host the Former King and Queen Party on Sunday night beginning at 6PM.
The 2014 Mardis Gras King and Queen will be crowned the following night at with the crowning party beginning at 6PM.
Live music for the crowning party will be provided by Josh Smith at 7PM and the announcement and crowning will start at 8PM.
The 2014 Downtown Jackson Mardis Gras Parade will round out the week of events. It begins at 5PM in Downtown Jackson.
Live music by “The Unassigned” will close out the festivities at the Downtown Tavern, after the parade.
