From the Jackson-Madison County Health Department –

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for one more confirmed case of COVID-19.

We now have 151 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.

The most recent case is a 15-year-old female. We are still trying to contact this person, so hospitalization status is unknown at this time.

Our staff is also reaching out to people who had contact with this patient.

Six Madison County residents are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. Two of those
patients are currently on ventilators.

One hundred seven Madison County residents have recovered from COVID-19, and 14 residents report feeling better.
