(December 31, 2014) JACKSON, Tenn,  — Jackson City Councilman Johnny Dodd, City Council Representative for District Two, will host a New Year’s Eve Youth Empowerment Concert

The event will feature performances by Vonda Cooper-Peet, Lathan Warlick, Mistah Cross, Soulja Wilson, Carita Cole, Da Scapegoat, Mychal Hunt and G Child & Shalom.

Event Hosted By City Councilman Johnny Dodd. The evening is sponsored by the City of Jackson, TRY (Treatment and Recovery for Youth)

Parents are invited to attend with their kids.

New Year’s Eve Youth Empowerment Concert , Wednesday, December 31, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, 400 South Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee.

Doors will open at 9:00 p.m. Admission to the event is free with free food for all ages.
