NEWS/Talk Radio Case Resolved

The Wireless Group, Inc., Grace Broadcasting Services, Inc., and Dan Reaves announce
the resolution of the lawsuit pending in the Chancery Court of Madison County concerning
Dan Reaves’ departure from WNWS 101.5 and his joining WTJS 93.1.

The case is resolved to the satisfaction of all the parties involved in the case.
