Stephanie Anderson, who has been an employee at West Tennessee Healthcare for over eight years, was named the organization’s employee of the month for December.

Stephanie, who works as a Patient Access Representative with every Sports Plus Clinic, was presented the award by Darrell King, West Tennessee Healthcare vice-president, and Leann Childress, executive director Sports Plus, when the Board of Trustees held their monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Friday.

She works well with clerical staff members as well as helping to teach the therapists about trends and payment changes.

She has been a mentor to other departments and trained countless people on our processes, and always has a smile on her face.

Stephanie truly believes in the mission of West Tennessee Healthcare and wants what is best for our staff and patients.

She truly exemplifies all that we would want in an employee from the start and finish of every day.
