Samantha Cupples, who works at the LiFT Health Clinic as a patient access representative, is the West Tennessee Healthcare employee of the month for March.

Samantha has been employed at West Tennessee Healthcare for over eight years.

She will be presented the award by Darrell King, a WTH vice president, and Lindsey Randolph, director/practice administrator when the West Tennessee Healthcare Board of Trustees hold their monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.

According to a press release from Amy Garner – WTH’s Chief Compliance & Communications Officer – “She is always calm, communicates clearly, and kindly to our patients. Her co-workers know if she is in the office it is going to be a great day!

“They all enjoy her compassion, enthusiasm, and smile she brings in everyday!”
