Loren Turpin, a customer service representative at Medical Center Medical Products, has been named West Tennessee Healthcare’s employee of the month for May.
Loren, who has been with West Tennessee Healthcare for about eight years, was presented the award by Karen Utley, a WTH vice president and Ranee Terry, director of Medical Center Medical Products, when the Board of Trustees held its monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.
“He is a great Customer Service Rep,” Karen Utley said, “He was a patient care tech, and he also worked in the clerical area. He did such a great job with the families, when he wanted to transfer, we were thrilled to get him a customer service role because the way he treats people.
“He has a heart to help people, and we are so fortunate to have him.”
