Kara Davidson, a 10-year employee at West Tennessee Healthcare, has been named the employee of the month for January.
She was presented the award by Wendie Carlson, Human Resources Officer, when the West Tennessee Healthcare Board of Trustees held its monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.
Kara is recognized as someone who is incredibly respectful and accepting of all people and never lets anyone’s differences, attitudes, appearance, or comments affect her quality of care.
The Employee Health Department receives compliments on her regularly.
Kara always has a smile on her face and is always happy.
She is valued as a great co-worker, friend, mentor and nurse.
West Tennessee Healthcare thanks her for all she does for West Tennessee Healthcare’s employees daily.
