The director of Disease Management, Melissa Walls addressed the West Tennessee Healthcare Board of Trustees during their monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.

Loren, who has been with West Tennessee Healthcare for about eight years, was presented the award by Karen Utley, a WTH vice president and Ranee Terry, director of Medical Center Medical Products.
