From the Jackson Police Department –

A male victim involved in a shooting in the 100 Block of Allen Avenue (Allenton Heights area), Saturday, has died, according to the Jackson Police Department.

Officers responded to a shots fired call at approximately 8:06 p.m., and Shadrach Jawan Bond (age unavailable) was transported by EMS to a local hospital.

This is an ongoing investigation.
