The spring semester at the University of Tennessee at Martin and its five educational outreach centers  in Jackson, Parsons, Ripley, Selmer and Somerville begins Jan. 11.

The university is still accepting students for the spring semester, and late advising continues Jan. 10 for those needing faculty assistance with course selection.

Late registration runs Jan. 11-17 for those students not previously registered or those whose schedules were dropped after nonpayment of fees.

The university will be closed Jan. 15 to observe Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Jan. 17 is the last day to add courses or to drop courses without a record of enrollment.
