JACKSON TN – A Jackson man makes his first court appearance after police say they found nearly two pounds of marijuana in his East Jackson home.
Antonio Morris was arraigned in Jackson City Court, charged with possession of schedule VI with intent to resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The U.S. Marshal Service assisted by the Jackson Police Department Gang Unit executed a search warrant on a house on Curry Avenue on Monday, according to court documents.
Once inside, police found a total of 808.5 grams of marijuana and a digital scale, documents said.
Morris is in custody in the Madison County Jail.
