JACKSON, Tenn. – Bobbie Delk, 60, of Henderson County, TN, was captured today by the U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Delk was wanted by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office for Attempted First Degree Murder, Especially Aggravated Robbery, Especially Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
On April 17th, 2023, Delk allegedly shot an individual twice in the head. Afterward, Delk is alleged to have held the victim at gunpoint for hours without medical attention.
She then left the scene with the victim’s vehicle.
The victim was able to seek medical treatment at a local hospital. The Henderson County SO issued a warrant for Delk’s arrest.
The case was adopted by the Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Today, April 18th, around 11 a.m., the Marshals tracked Delk to a residence in the 200 block of Pleasant Plains Road in Jackson, TN.
Delk was apprehended without incident and transported to the Madison County Jail where she will be held for Henderson County.
