BROWNSVILLE, Tenn.—A three-vehicle crash killed three people Friday on I-40. It happened just before noon in Haywood County near the Solar Farm in the westbound lane of the interstate. Westbound traffic was rerouted for hours as a result of the wreck.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol identified those who died as Michael Brasher, 59, his wife, Karen, 58, and a two-year old boy. The THP’s report doesn’t identify the child or his relationship to the Brashers. All were from Sardis, Tennessee.
