The TSSAA Board of Control is meeting to decide which of the contingency plans that were discussed at the previous meeting to implement for the high school football season.

The staff will give Board members an update on the progress made toward implementation of a contingency plan for the Girls’ Soccer season as well.

An update will be provided regarding a tentative date and location for the Board of Control Classification Study Session.

The staff will give Board members an update on the progress made
toward implementation of a contingency plan.

IV. TSSAA/Governor’s Economic Recovery Task Force Discussions
As stated in our previous meeting, the Governor and his team have been
very receptive to working with us in order to develop the best path forward
for middle and high school sports, especially contact sports. We will
provide a brief update as to where we are.

V. Classification Study Session
We hope to have a tentative date and location for the Board of Control
Classification Study Session. The staff will provide an update.

VI. Football
The Board will need to decide which contingency plan we are going to
implement in order to have a high school football season.
