JACKSON Tenn — Police have charged Jonathan William Fullington with reckless aggravated assault and vandalism over $500
According to Jackson police, around 5:15 p.m. Thursday, 37-year-old Fullington went into ETeez, on Campbell St., and became angry over an order with the printing business.
Court documents show that Fullington argued with employees and owner, Eric Williams, before leaving the store. After he left, Fullington allegedly got into his truck, parked in the front of the store, and continued to argue with Williams.
Police said according to witnesses Fullington drove his truck into the front glass door of Eteez.
Officer James Avery with the Jackson Police Department stated in the investigation that he observed acceleration tire marks on the parking lot, curb, sidewalk and the brick wall of the business. Court records state that the suspects vehicle was more than five feet inside the business.
One person was transported by ambulance to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital .
Fullington, of Humboldt, was arraigned this morning in Jackson City Court where his bond was set to $15,000.
His next court date will be Oct. 30 at 9:30 a.m.
